Working with Seth & Gina for our wedding was one of the best choices we made! They made great effort to dream with us about our event as a whole! We wanted to do an appetizer hour, full supper and a dessert bar. They sat with us and planned until we came up with our perfect menus! They also clearly communicated price point from the beginning! Cyrus and I knew exactly what their role was and what they were bringing to the evening, and they welcomed all questions we had with a solution! The food at our winter wedding was absolutely incredible, and we cannot say enough good things about how well Fire and Flavor executed our custom menu. From the planning stage to the day of the event, they were thoughtful, creative, and attentive to every detail. Gina added her magic touch to all of the things I wanted and made them better than I imagined. She created options I never would have thought of and they were all amazing!
They helped us design a menu that perfectly fit the season; warm, comforting, and elegant, while still feeling fresh and unique. Every dish was beautifully prepared and delicious. Our guests were talking about the food all night, and many told us it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had.
