We live in S. Florida & frequent food trucks & BBQ shacks… My husband & I agree this is some of the BEST BRISKET we have ever had!! Now we are back for Christmas & the owners are gracious enough to cater a last-minute birthday party for my Aunt… We want everyone to try their yummy, juicy, cooked-to-perfection meat.
